Have you ever listened to a song and thought "I know when I saw them live there was more bass than there is in my car"? The cause of this is due to a loss in the transfer from the live performance to recording. To restore that original live experience the cbr uses a special technology that rebuilds and conditions that lost bass information.
Unlike competitive products that must have a full range (20Hz to 20kHz) input signal the cbr can achieve restoration with a signal filtered as low as 120Hz. This means that you use a low pass signal from a head unit or other processor device so long as the filter point is 120Hz or higher.
The remote control unit on the cbr provides complete adjustment over the output level of the bass as well as a separate knob that controls the subsonic filter frequency. This is helpful in tuning the cbr to your specific subwoofer system, vehicle and listening preference.
